This cottage is Adult only.


Pear Tree Cottage sleeps 2 people and is a single storey  building.


Change over day is Saturday to Saturday .

The bedroom comprises of a King Size Bed , Two bed side cabinets a chest of draws and a Double Wardrobe. Hair Dryer . 


En-suite comprises of Wash Basin , WC , Shaver Point and Double Shower .


Kitchen/Dinning/Sitting Area

This is all open plan. Fan Oven , Ceramic Hob , Washing Machine , Fridge with ice box , Microwave , Iron , Kettle , Toaster , Hoover etc .


Flat Screen 40" Television , DVD and Radio /CD Player , Wi-Fi , Three seater reclining settee , coffee table .


Heating

This cottage has Oil Central Heating and this fitted outside.


Animals

1 Only Well behaved Dog Welcome.

We do not accept cats Thank you.

Pear Tree Cottage sleeps two people in a king size bed , extra bodies , z beds/ blow up beds etc are Prohibited , anyone found doing otherwise will have there holiday terminated with immediate effect and will be asked to leave , NO refund will be given , has you will be in breach of your Terms and Conditions .
