Cottage Facilities

Oak Tree Cottage is single storey and open plan comprising of 50" Flat Screen Television , DVD , Radio/CD player , Wi-Fi , Leather suite ( chair , 2 seater & 3 seater ) all reclining . Oak Table with four chairs , coffee table and a sideboard. Oak Tree Cottage has New Camaro Flooring throughout. (2018)


Change over day is Saturday to Saturday.

Oak Tree Cottage sleeps four people in a king size bed and two single beds , extra bodies , z beds/ blow up beds etc are Prohibited , anyone found doing otherwise will have there holiday terminated with immediate effect and will be asked to leave , NO refund will be given , has you will be in breach of your Terms and Conditions .
